Genact is led by its founder, Gensy Chong — a Kuala Lumpur engineer with over a decade in software engineering and digital production, including leading digital production at Publicis Groupe agencies Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid and Prodigious Malaysia.
His background runs the full stack — front-end builds, .NET, PHP, and Node.js applications, CMS platforms, server operations, and DevOps — shipped for some of the world's largest advertisers, where launch day is non-negotiable. That production discipline is what Genact now applies to generative AI: systems built to work long after the demo.
